SPAGIO's 3rd Annual Tomatofest is a celebration of Ohio farmers from across the state. From field to fork, the tomato will reign supreme in a special menu that will be featured the entire month of August. Highlights will include Ohio Sweet Corn & Tomato Panzanella Salad, Alsatian Tomato Tarte, & Ohio Beef Short Ribs. From produce to meat, Ohio Farms will be center stage.
