Hudson's Restaurant offers incredible tastes combined with exceptional service in a warm and inviting atmosphere. We use local ingredients when possible and support our local farmers. We serve lunch and dinner seven days a week with dinner and $4 drink specials daily. Hudson's also offers full-service catering and can accommodate large parties and groups. Hudson’s is owned and operated by the Altomare family, John and his two sons, JJ and Kevin, both graduates of the Culinary Institute of America; voted Best Chefs by akronlife magazine 2012.
