Stars & Stripes Festival and Concert
Harding Stadium will rock with sounds and excitement of the third annual Stars & Stripes Festival and Concert presented by the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce and WTOV 9. There will be family-friendly activities throughout the day ending with spectacular Fireworks.
