The 1,034 public area is accessible on the north by State Route 124, approximately one-half mile east of the State Route 327 and State Route 124 intersection. The rest of the area is surrounded by private land.

Restricted activities include: driving motorized vehicles, camping, swimming, and littering. All users must have a valid license to hunt and fish.

The area should provide good hunting opportunities for deer, grouse, turkey, and squirrel. Most of the ponds do not support fish populations.
