Ohio Valley Frontier Days

Every year Historic Fort Steuben – a reconstructed 18th century fort built on its original site overlooking the Ohio River – opens its mighty wooden gates for two days to reenactors, demonstrators, musicians, storytellers, artists, crafters, and visitors of all ages for its family-friendly Festival. History comes alive as visitors meet the soldiers, surveyors, settlers and Native Americans who roamed the wilderness that was Ohio. Period music, games and pony rides are among the activities offered at the two-day event.
