Once a month, AHT offers visitors an all day experience touring Holmes County and eating at 3 Amish homes.
The tour begins with breakfast in an Amish home at 8:00. The breakfast consists of an egg and mushroom quiche, homemade biscuits, frozen fruit slush, homemade cinnamon rolls, sausage, homefries, orange juice and coffee.
Attractions included are buggy rides (except in April & November) admission to see the historical mural Behalt, visit candle, leather, quilt and basket makers.
Lunch includes a Haystack Meal with a variety of layer veggies, sloppy joe hamburger, cooked white rice and other topping with a Pitch Fork Apple Cobbler for dessert and beverage.
Dinner includes homemade bread, roast beef, baked chicken, mashed potatoes, noodles, green beans, lemonade, iced tea, decaf coffee and assorted pies.
Each person will receive a wooden laser engraved name tag and a cookbook of all the meal recipes.
