Sauder Village Summer on the Farm & Fiddle Contest
Children today are often generations removed from life on the farm. This fun-filled day allows guests to experience life on a farm more than 100 year ago! Favorite activities include everything from making ice cream, butter and rope to participating in a spelling bee and washing clothes on a scrub board. In Natives & Newcomers, guests will have a chance to make reed duck toys to take home!
Seats in Founder's Hall will be filling by 12:30 as a special guest bluegrass group take the stage followed by the toe-tapping youth fiddle competition and finally some of the best youth and adult fiddlers in the tri-state region. Interested in entering the Fiddle Contest? Give us a call or visit our website for more details!
