What is a Migun thermal massage?
The Migun Thermal Massage Bed uniquely integrates Eastern medical practices with those from Western technology by utilizing the basic principles of acupressure and acupuncture from the East and the long-wave infrared rays and chiropractic from the West. One of the fundamentals of Eastern medicine has been said that certain points on a person are connected to organs in the body. The Migun Thermal Massage Bed acknowledges these fundamentals by placing both heat and pressure to those points.
The Migun treatment uses helium to produce heat and Jade massage heads to create pressure. Together, these forms of treatment focus its attention on the vicinity of the spine, which are the same pressure points that are used in acupuncture and acupressure.
In short, our Jade Massage Heads apply the methods used in acupuncture, acupressure, and moxibustion of Eastern medicine on the acupuncture points and chiropractic treatment of Western medicines on the spine.
We also offer hands-on services including massage, accupuncture, and reflexology.
