Pike Lake State Park Cottages

Pike Lake State Park is located in Pike County, about 70 miles south of Columbus. The park is remote & peaceful, nestled in deep forest.
24 vacation cottages are perfect for relaxing getaways. Two-bedroom family cottages sleep 6 and have heat and A/C for year-round comfort.  The family preferred cottages features complete dine-in kitchens with full-sized appliances, bathroom with shower, furnished living room room with cable TV and gas log fireplace, and a screened porch with picnic table. Family basic cottages sleep 4 and are available spring through fall.  Basic cottages have a complete kitchen, bathroom with shower, and furnished living area with cable TV. Room dividers separating living/sleeping areas.  Pets are permitted in select preferred and basic cottages. 

Pike Lake's Group Lodge provides dorm style sleeping accommodations for 16 guests, along with a complete kitchen and a furnished living/meeting area.
Recreation in the park includes hiking on 6 miles of trails, and a disc golfing on the park's disc golf course, rated as one of the best in Ohio.  The nature center houses interesting diplays, and programs are offered through the summer.
13-acre Pike Lake offers a sand swimming beach, and laid-back boating including canoeing, kayaking and small boats with electric motors only. Boat rental is available. Fishing is enjoyed from shore or lake. Hunting is permitted in the adjacent state forest.
