Take home a taste of Ohio at the new Heini's Gourmet Market, a 4,000- square-foot market in Amish Country offering more than 800 artisan local food products from more than 200 Ohio companies, plus free samples, free cooking classes in the Food Network quality gourmet kitchen; a wine gallery and wine bar; a bistro with gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and pizzas; and a cheeseballing station where you can create customized cheeseballs. It's the second location for family-owned Heini's Cheese, a fourth-generation family business that produces cheese using 100 percent Amish farm milk from more than 270 Amish farms.
