Century Village Museum
The Century Village Museum is an authentic representation of a Western Reserve Village from 1798 to the turn of the 19th Century. The Museum boasts over twenty-two historically accurate buildings and over 15,000 museum artifacts that include original art from the 1800's, antiques, textiles and more. Located in the heart of Geauga County, Ohio, Century Village Museum is the gateway to the Burton Historic District, an area named in the National Register of Historic Places.
The Century Village Museum is owned and operated by The Geauga County Historical Society. The society is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to ensure that the history of Geauga County is preserved for the education and appreciation of present and future generations.
