Since 1929, the Ohioana Library has been promoting and preserving Ohio’s literary and artistic achievements through its special collection, a distinctive array of books and materials based solely on geography. Ohio has been the home of thousands of great writers, musicians, entertainers, and artists. The Ohioana Library serves as the “caretaker” of the state’s literary legacy and as a resource for information about Ohioans in the arts.
