Chef Beau Schmidt has brought his award-winning restaurant to the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn with the same standard of excellence it was known for at its earlier locations. This restaurant has been singled out more than 30 times with awards such as "Best Restaurant in Akron", "Best Steak in Akron", "Best Place for a Business Lunch" and numerous others by Northern Ohio Live magazine readers over the years. The private entrance and rich Tuscan décor of Beau’s Grille suggests that this is a place to sit back, relax and try something completely different. With no fewer than 18 appetizers, let the adventure begin; Beau's signature Sausage Appetizer or the Funky Tuna Tartare are only the beginning. Beau and his highly motivated staff, prepare each item from the freshest ingredients available. Beau’s Grille Lounge is a great place to enjoy your favorite cocktail at the end of a busy day and offers a full bar menu of entrees and appetizers. Guests can enjoy dining on our fabulous outside "Terrace". The Terrace is located at the front of the hotel and be accessed from inside the restaurant. There is nothing else like it in the Akron area. A rustic stone fireplace anchors seating for up to 60 people with a mixture of tables and banquette seating allowing for parties of various sizes. The Terrace is covered and heated for those cool autumn evenings. A water feature along with a hand-painted ceiling mural complete this outside dining experience. Beau's Grille's complete menu and liquor selections is available to the Terrace guest.
