The Cyclist Dogwood Tour

Fifty miles of paved road, beautiful scenery. The ride begins along the Scioto River and follows a creek valley gradually into the hills and into a little town called Nipgen, known as "Possum Trot" by early settlers, and where lunch and other menu items may be purchased at the Nipgen United Methodist Church. Next it is downhill for nearly 20 miles back to the Scioto River Valley and the Piketon Dogwood Festival. Contact Matthew Minter at 740-947-5409 or email-mmcrafts@bright.net for more information and application forms. Also contact the Pike Visitors Bureau for application to be sent or faxed.
