Rocky River Public Library and Cowan Pottery Museum

Rocky River Public Library is an independent library that houses the Cowan Pottery Museum, the largest publicly owned collection of Cowan pottery in the world.  It includes 1200 pieces of art deco pottery originally created in the Rocky River community in the 1920s. Included are world class ceramic scuptural works by leading artists of international recognition, including Viktor Schreckengost.
