NASA Glenn Research Center

The men and women of the NASA John H. Glenn Research Center at Lewis Field have, since 1941, been the pioneers and innovators whose work has expanded horizons and opened frontiers for our explorers in air and space. The Center defines and develops propulsion, power, and communications technologies for NASA's aeronautics and space missions.

Guided tours of the world-class research facilities are conducted on select Saturdays of each month from April through October.  (See Web site for schedule and details.)  Tours are free and offered to all ages. Reservations are required and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Access to the Saturday tour program is limited to U.S. citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents. The Great Lakes Science Center in downtown Cleveland is now the home to the new NASA Glenn Visitor Center.  Please visit their site for information on hours and admission.
