Maize Valley Market and Winery
Maize Valley Market and Winery is located Three miles EAST of Hartville on St. Rt. 619. The Market and Winery tasting bar is located inside a restored 150 year old barn. Our story starts in the 1800's when the Vaughan family was one of the first settler's in what is now called Marlboro Township. Over the years the family has made its living with the land.
With family members filling the rolls of teachers, leather tanners, and farmers. Their history is as rich as the dark organic mulch soils we still farm today. Currently six family members are involved in Maize Valley Farm Market and Winery. Homegrown crops, Live Entertainment, Mouth watering lunch and dinner entrees are just part of the Maize Valley experience.
At Maize Valley we offer a wide range of items and activities for individuals and groups. From November to May we are open Monday - Saturday serving lunch daily. On Friday and Saturday nights we offer live enteratinment and an expanded dinner menu.
We offer simple appetizers, grilled chicken, burgers, soups, salmon & steak dinners. Please call or check website for availability as our menu changes from season to season and time and day of the week.
We have also completed our new "family room" ajacent to our cafe' and tasting room which is avaliable for private parties, showers, family gatherings and meetings.
