Clyde Historical Museum

Established in 1931, the museum tells the Clyde story and its place in Ohio and American's history.  Exhibits range from natural history and pioneer dioramas, and an Author Sherwood Anderson section.  Military collections, spanning the wars honor veterans; General James B. McPherson, George Meek, Charles McCleary and Rodger Young.

The garage addition houses a 1904 Elmore car, Clydesdale fire engine and truck, photographs of Clydesdale vehicles and a Clyde Cutlery collection.  Information on the Whirlpool Corporation is housed in this addition.
