Quail Hollow State Park

Quail Hollow State Park is located in Stark Co. between Akron and Canton. Quail Hollow is the 1920s-era family estate of railroad entrepreneur H.B. Stewart, featuring a 40-room manor house & grounds. In addition to the Manor house & gardens, Quail Hollow State Park encompasses nearly 700 acres of meadows & woodlands with 19 miles of hiking and nature trails. The nature for all trail is a paved path through gardens and woodlands that is fully wheelchair accessible. Horseback riding and mountain biking are permitted on certain trails.
The park offers a variety of nature programs and special events for kids and adults year-round.  The nature center has interesting exhibits, including a bird observation area.
Several of the rooms in the manor house are avilable for hourly or daily rental for all kinds of functions, from family gatherings, receptions and showers to business meetings and civic group events.  There are no overnight facilities available at this location.
