The Grapevine House Bed and Breakfast

Welcome to our country home built in 1834!  The Grapevine House accommodations include private entrance to seven spacious rooms with queen beds and private bath. Rooms all feature locally handmade furniture, Direct TV, Internet, A/C and microwave and refrigerator access. Complimentary drinks available to all guests. Upon check in you receive a Five Dollar ($5.00) per person voucher on your breakfast at one of eight local restaurants, including the Winesburg Dari-ette, Der Dutchman in Walnut Creek, Farmstead Restaurant, Boyd and Wurthmann and Troyer's Country Dining in Berlin, Amish Door Restaurant and Bee Bops in Wilmot and Mrs. Yoder's Kitchen in Mt. Hope.
We also feature Erma's House, a private home attached to the Grapevine House, perfect for couples traveling together. Erma's features two bedrooms with private baths and living rooms. We recommend this highly for groups that wish to have the house to themselves. It has all the same amenities and breakfast as in the Grapevine House. 
In 2010, we added "The Barn" at the Grapevine House which features (on the main floor) an open floor plan including a complete kitchen, living room and bathroom.  The upstairs features the loft with two private bedrooms complete with queen beds. 
We encourage all our "friends" to take a moment to sit on the full length back porch and enjoy the scenery and sounds of Holmes County at its best.  Holmes County truly is a blend of yesterday and today.
