DAYTON, Ohio (June 29, 2009) – In celebration of its 90th Anniversary, The Dayton Art Institute is highlighting its own permanent collection, with the exhibition
90 Treasures: From the Collection of the Dayton Art Institute, on view now through Dec. 31.
A variety of special events and programs have been planned in conjunction with

Tours, Talks and Special Events:

Sound Bites: Short Talks about our 90 Treasures
Saturdays at 2:30 p.m. – Meet in the General Motors Entrance Rotunda. The
90 Treasures are the focus of these free 20-minute gallery conversations, held weekly and led by The Dayton Art Institute’s veteran docents:

Participate in a docent-led tour of
90 Treasures, and then enjoy a traditional tea with a tea sandwich medley, miniature scones with preserves and assorted sweets.

90 Treasures.

Treasures, Memories and a Raffle
Visitors will be asked to pick the museum’s top three treasures and to share their Dayton Art Institute memories with us. Those who participate will be entered in a raffle to win a beautiful piece of jewelry, generously donated by James Free Jewelers in honor of our 90th Anniversary.
