Ozone Zipline Adventures opens July 1

MASON, Ohio (June 8, 2009) – Ozone Zipline Adventures’ opening date has been pushed back to July 1 in order to add additional features to the zipline tour. New additions include seven sky bridges and a 45-foot-tall, multi-level central zip tower which will act as a “zipline hub” for zipline riders.

The tour will now include up to 12 ziplines making it the largest zipline tour in the Midwest, at more than 10,000 feet in total length.

“The delay will make it bigger and better than before,” said Jeff Merhige, Executive Director for YMCA Camp Kern. “We’re creating more opportunities and choices on the line. We’ve managed to top ourselves before we’ve even opened.”

Zipline getaways that “Soar & Explore” the Little Miami River by zipline and canoe are also available online at www.OhiosLargestPlayground.com. Each package includes a zipline ride and canoe trip for each person, accommodations to a Warren County hotel and free coupons and discounts to area restaurants and shopping.

Fun Facts about the zipline tour:
· The tour is nearly two miles long and includes seven sky bridges
· The tour now includes a 45-foot-tall central zipline tower with multiple platforms
· Riders will zip at heights of more than 150 feet above the ground
· Tours last between two and three hours
· Tour guides will educate riders on the history of the land, ecology and basic physics

About Ozone Zipline Adventures
Ozone Zipline Adventures, based out of YMCA Camp Kern, is a full canopy (tree-top) tour consisting of up to 12 ziplines connected throughout the ravines of the Little Miami River Valley.
