LOGAN, Ohio (Oct. 1, 2008) – Due to the incredible response from visitors during its first season, Hocking Hills Canopy Tours has extended the season, offering the only experience of its kind anywhere in the Midwest and incredible views of some of the nation’s most spectacular fall foliage.
Previously expected to end the 2008 season on Nov. 1, Hocking Hills Canopy Tours has extended its season, offering daily tours through Oct. 30 and adding weekend tours on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from Nov. 1-30, 2008. Located in southeast Ohio’s spectacular Hocking Hills, the Hocking Hills Canopy Tour offers a bird’s-eye view of some of North America’s most magnificent scenery during its beautiful fall season. Ten distinctive ziplines, four adventure sky bridges and a final rappel that takes guests back to ground level provide amazing views from treetop observation platforms. Built and certified to meet all Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) standards, Hocking Hills Canopy Tours educates visitors on area flora and fauna, while ensuring guest safety as they soar from zero to 70 feet above the ground at up to 60 mph.
