From celebrations of music and culture, to local food and art, there is no better way to experience warm weekends than with the many people and events that make-up the fabric of Ohio.

June 13-15: Dulcimer Days Festival, Coshocton
Enjoy the charm of beautiful Historic Roscoe Village as you learn and experience this time-honored Appalachian musical tradition. Experience workshops, concerts, championships and jam sessions all while strolling through the unique and quirky shops that call Roscoe Village home.
June 26-28: Tri-C Jazzfest, Cleveland
Cuyahoga Community College proudly presents the 35th anniversary of this popular Jazz festival and exhibition. With 12 ticketed concerts from world-class performers and several free outdoor performances, jazz lovers will be on cloud nine.
June 28-29: 49th Annual Crosby Festival of the Arts, Toledo
Through a rigorous jury process, 230 wonderful artists are selected to display stunning works for attendees to enjoy. Be sure to take the time to soak in live musical performances and a selection of delicious foods.
July 25–26: Macy’s Music Festival, Cincinnati
Gather in the Queen City for this time-honored celebration of music that showcases the best artists in R&B, jazz, soul and hip-hop, as well as up-and-coming artists. This year’s lineup includes Robin Thicke, Keyshia Cole, NE-YO and more.
Culture and Family Fun
June 7-8: Ohio Valley Frontier Days, Steubenville
Inside the reconstructed 18th century Fort Steuben, reenactors, demonstrators, musicians, storytellers, artists, crafters, and visitors of all ages pass through iconic wooden gates for its family-friendly Festival. Experience history come alive with this classic event for the whole family.
June 13-15: Duct Tape Festival, Avon
This incredible festival brings one-of-kind artists and craftsmen together to showcase the wonders of Duct Tape®! Enjoy games, food and music as you attend sticky parades and exhibitions of Duct Tape® fashion and art. This year, the festival will attempt to break a Guinness World Record® for “the most people in a Duct Tape® fashion show!” You won’t want to miss this fascinating event.
June 27-29: Community Festival, Columbus
Every summer legions of excited attendees flock to the workshops, speakers, dancers, music, arts & crafts, food and vendors featured at the one-of-a-kind Community festival, or Com fest, held in Goodale Park.
June 28–29: Vectren Dayton Air Show, Dayton
Watch in amazement as pilots and aerobatic teams conquer the skies during this annual air show including aerobatic teams, World War II planes, helicopter rides, jet demonstrations and amazing stunt pilots such as the legendary Blue Angles.
July 23–August 3: Ohio State Fair, Columbus
There truly is something for everybody at the Ohio State Fair. Learn about agriculture and watch champion 4-H animals and handlers from across the state compete for top honors, enjoy roving performances by the Ohio State Fair Band and Choir or take in a growing fine arts show and competition. Go for a paddle or just relax in the eight-acre natural resources park, get your sports fix from wrestling and boxing to baton twirling and cheerleading, take a ride on the midway and finish off the evening with a concert.
June 7-8: Troy Strawberry Festival, Troy
Anything that can be made with strawberries you will find at this sweet festival. Enjoy exhibitions of arts and crafts, an exciting parade and entertainment for the whole family.
July 12: Kickin’ Chicken Wing Fest, Kettering
Wing lovers will be simply head over stomach for this tasty festival featuring eleven scrumptious restaurants boasting the very best in culinary delights. As you are occupied with perfect wings, enjoy sizzling music from the main stage.
