Hocking Hills State Park
Hocking Hills State Park is located in Hocking Co. near Logan, an hour southeast of Columbus. The scenery is breathtaking, with recess caves, cliffs & waterfalls. Spectacular natural features include Old Mans Cave, Ash Cave, Rock House, Cantwell Cliffs & Cedar Falls.
The Ash Cave trail is wheelchair accessible, and most other features are easy to moderate hikes from parking areas. The park offers many hiking trails totaling 10 miles, along with 4 miles of mountain biking trails and 40 miles of bridle trails on adjacent state forest (bring your own horse). There is an archery range and trail with a variety of targets.
Picnic areas have tables, grills & 4 reservable shelters. Programs provide entertainment all year. The visitor center at Old Mans Cave features local geology & history.
The 2-bedroom vacation cottages have kitchen, bathroom w/shower, living room, fireplace, TV, screened porch, & heat/A/C. The campground has 156 campsites with electric and 13 non-electric sites, plus 3 hassle-free Camper Cabins. Several cottages are pet friendly.
Campground amenities are showers, restrooms & campground pool. Pets permitted on designated sites. The Dining Lodge, located near Old Mans Cave, is open seasonally with restaurant, lounge, game room & outdoor swimming pool. (No overnight facilities available.)
Camping rates (weekends) range from $22/night to $29/night for non-electric/electric sites. Camper cabins are $40/night. Cottages range from $105 to $130/night. Call 1-866-644-6727 for reservations.

Hocking Hills Canopy Tours / Zip Line Adventures
Hocking Hills is home to many exciting outdoor adventures, but nothing compares to the thrill of Ohio's first World-Class zipline canopy tour, the home of the only dual Super Zip (1400ft+), and the new "Dragon Fly - Zipline Adventure for Kids", ages 5-12!
Celebrating its 5th year of operations, 3-hour spectacular adventure offers thrill seekers ages 10 and up, the unique opportunity to zip through the treetops on a network of cables and adventure skybridges suspended high above the forest floor, overlooking the natural features of Hocking Hills.
Our friendly and experienced guides will give you a detailed safety and equipment orientation before you are fitted with your personal safety gear for the tour. You will also have the opportunity to practice "zipping" techniques that you will be using on the tour.
Your adventure then begins! We will transport you along a 1.5 mile scenic nature trail to the beginning of the course where the Mighty Oak awaits your arrival. You will complete 10 ziplines, traverse 5 adventure skybridges and rappel back to ground level at the finish line.
While waiting between each zip you will enjoy amazing views from the observation platforms. Your guides will point out interesting highlights of the area, including native vegetation, animals, as well as local history.For thrill-seekers and nature lovers alike, these tours are the perfect adventures for families, couples seeking to escape the fast-paced city, or adults looking for something new. TECUMSEH! Outdoor Drama
Witness the epic life story of the legendary Shawnee leader as he struggles to defend his sacred homelands in the Ohio country during the late 1700s.
You will sit beneath the stars in the beautiful and spacious Sugarloaf Mountain Amphitheatre. Sheer spectacle surrounds you with a herd of galloping horses, live military cannon in action, and the most dazzling battle sequences offered on the American stage.
Often emulated within the outdoor drama industry, "TECUMSEH!" continues to set the standard for innovative production techniques.
