Cedar Point is now open for the 2013 season.
For 15 years running, Cedar Point’s been voted the Best Amusement Park In The World by Amusement Today readers. T
he whole family will love Cedar Point. With over 150 rides and attractions, award-winning entertainment, four children's areas, and beach, there’s something for everyone.
New for 2013: GateKeeper, Cedar Point's 16th roller coaster. Cedar Point’s newest roller coaster is unlike any other design in the park’s collection. Known as a wing coaster, Gatekeeper will take you on an exhilarating journey of flight. Riders will sit in pairs, on seats extending from either side of the train, with nothing above or below them but air.
The park features more than 70 rides, including 16 coasters, with four over 200 feet tall. Millennium Force currently holds the title of number one steel coaster on the planet. Cedar Point also offers four children’s areas, including Planet Snoopy, an ice-skating extravaganza and musical entertainment. Overnight guests enjoy accommodations, from the beachfront Hotel Breakers to an RV campground.
All Resorts offer guests $34 regular one-day Cedar Point admission tickets, a savings of more than $20. Resorts guests also enjoy Early Entry, the opportunity (with paid admission) to enjoy select rides an hour before the park opens to the general public (weather and maintenance conditions permitting).
