Brandeberry Winery
The winery is located between Dayton and Springfield on 10 acres of hilly glacial moraine, close to John Bryan State Park, Clifton Gorge and Glen Helen Nature Preserve. A small vineyard is currently growing Vidal, Cayuga and Seyval grapes. The current wine varieties include Chardonnay, Merlot, Syrah, Vidal, Cayuga, Seyval, Cherry, and Blackberry. All wines are handmade in small batches under the watchful eye of the winery’s Lil’ Olde Winemaker.
The winemaker and vineyard manager is an engineer and retired professor of engineering with a long history of making award winning amateur wine. He loves to teach people about grapes, winemaking and wine tasting. So come taste the wines and enhance your knowledge about grapes, wine and winemaking.
The tasting room is available for private wine tasting parties, corporate team building or private parties. Cheese plates and appetizers are available in the tasting room.
The winery is a beautiful and peaceful location to meet with friends and sip wine or have a picnic.
