Bedford Strawberry Festival
The Bedford Historical Society is holding its 50th annual strawberry festival on the square in historic Bedford. There will be plenty of strawberries and ice cream, ethnic foods, crafts and entertainment for adults and children. Many special events for the 50th anniversary!!!
The car show is on Saturday evening with plenty of awards, trophies and contests. We have more space for more cars this year and a cruise in parade!
Entertainment includes great local and regional bands including ethnic dancers, animals from the zoo, Jungle Larry, and historical figures. An old time, small town event.
Downtown Bedford is listed as an Ohio Historic District. (Visit our website: bedfordohiohistory.org, for a full schedule of events.) The museums will be open for tours on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, 1-5 pm. No admission charge/free parking and free entertainment---a fun family event.
