The Blackfork Inn is a unique Victorian B&B with a prime location near Amish Country and Mohican State Park. This 6-room, 2-suite B&B is filled with antiques, great books and good cheer, with bike-path access to the rugged hill-country trails that Loudonville is famous for.
The Loudonville-Mohican area is among Ohio's top recreation destinations. We're widely known for our splendid scenery and our outdoor fun. In summer, The Loudonville Strip comes to life with canoe liveries, putt-putt golf, horseback riding, Go-karts and other amusements.
In winter, we have cross country skiing as well as two downhill slopes near by.
Our calendar brims with special events at Malabar Farm State Park, including syrup festivals in spring and harvest festivals in the fall.
In any season, shoppers appreciate our Victorian Main Street, just two blocks away, with its unique galleries and shops, and fine fining spots.
You'll want to spend a day or two shopping in Amish Country, with its abundance of arts and crafts shops, offering everything from fine furniture to hand-made quilts. We can arrange Amish culture tours, featuring dinner with an Amish family in their own home.

Plan a family reunion or small business meeting, taking over all six rooms and two suites, as well as our two Victorian parlors and our cheery "gathering room" with its colorful and aromatic herb-drying Christmas tree that's up all year long.
Your group can enjoy all the local fun: canoeing, hiking, horseback, golf, antiquing, etc.
You can fish at Pleasant Lake and Malabar Farm, or bike the new rugged trails that were just opened this year at Mohican State Park. For gentler riding, we are surrounded by rails-to-trails bike paths that meander through the country side on level grounds.
For a special treat, we can arrange special diversions, such as a tour of Amish Country shops and homes, including dinner with an Amish family.
Well-bahaved children are welcome for family reunions.
