We invite you to relax and enjoy warm hospitality and wonderful meals in a quiet wooded country setting. Close to Ohio's Amish area, and an hour Northeast of Columbus, the inn has ten guest rooms and two log cabin cottages.
Perfect for honeymoons, the luxury log-cabin cottages have king-size beds, wood-burning fireplaces, two-person jacuzzi style whirlpool tubs, snack bars, private decks, and TV/DVD's. Our other rooms are in the main inn building or our guesthouse. All have air-conditioning, private bathrooms, TV/DVD's. Some have fireplaces and whirlpool tubs. Free WiFi access in the inn. Hearty country breakfasts and elegant candlelit dinners are served daily.
As well as seasonal packages we offer elopement packages, romantic getaways, murder mysteries, wine & cheese weekends, nature weekends, and cooking classes. The inn is perfect for weddings, small business meetings, reunions and retreats. Activities nearby include antiquing, horseback riding, canoeing, golfing or hiking the Kokosing Gap trail. Visit Amish area, Malabar Farm, Mohican State Park, Roscoe Village, Longaberger Baskets, or one of our local wineries.The inn is close to Kenyon College in Gambier.

Come and enjoy a weekend making new friends, and discovering some of the wineries and cheesemakers of Central Ohio. Our two night package includes a cheese tasting before Friday's dinner, four-course wine-pairing dinners Friday and Saturday, hearty country breakfast each morning, and a self-guided wine and cheese tour.
This package is available at any time for two or more couples, or open to the public on January 15/16, 2010, March 5/6, 2010 and April 16/17, 2010. Call or check the inn website for additional dates.
Please note that to comply with state liquor licensing, wine is not sold by the inn and cannot be included in our package. Couples wishing to enjoy wine with the wine pairing dinners will have the opportunity to order the appropriate wines directly from a wine distributor. The cost of the recommended wines will be approximately $70 per couple for the weekend.
